Angle Engineering employs registered Geological Engineers and Civil Engineers to perform Geotechnical Engineering throughout Nevada.  Over the past 18 years, our staff has developed extensive experience with Clark County soils and geologic conditions.  Our staff has provided Geotechnical services on projects developed adjacent to large compaction faults and fissure zones, on collapsible silts and clays, on chemically and physically expansive soils, and on overlying extensive caliche deposits.

Foundation designs have been prepared in the Las Vegas area utilizing drilled piers, driven piles, post-tensioned slabs, and standard spread footings.  Designs for AC and PCC pavement have also been prepared for a variety of roads and parking areas.  Geotechnical Engineering reports have been prepared for underground utility projects and drainage channel improvements, addressing surface and subsurface concerns, sediment transport, slope stability, trench stability, caving soils and use of different types of material for construction.

Qualified engineers at Angle Engineering have the ability to provide mix designs, to review mix designs, observe visually the distress to structures and pavements and formulate programs to evaluate the existing conditions and subsequently provide remedial recommendations.
